These Terms govern your download and use of the Ruziev ASO Searcher website and macOS application. Purchase terms shown during Polar checkout also apply to paid subscriptions.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, activating, or using Ruziev ASO Searcher, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application or purchase a subscription.
2. The service
Ruziev ASO Searcher provides tools for App Store research, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, niche discovery, ratings monitoring, metadata preparation, localization planning, and AI-assisted recommendations. Features may change as the application is improved.
3. License
Subject to these Terms and an active entitlement where required, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application for your own lawful business or personal work.
- A standard subscription permits one active Mac at a time.
- You may deactivate an old Mac before activating a replacement.
- You may not sell, share, publish, sublicense, or distribute your license key.
- You may not bypass licensing, usage limits, or technical protections.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Monthly and yearly subscriptions are processed by Polar. The price, billing interval, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation options shown at checkout form part of your purchase. Unless the checkout terms or applicable law state otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and does not retroactively refund the current paid period.
You are responsible for keeping billing information current. Access may be limited when a subscription expires, is refunded, is revoked, or remains unpaid.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the app briefs, metadata, screenshots, keywords, and other content you provide. You grant the limited permission needed to process that content only to provide the feature you request.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and submit your content and that it does not violate another party’s intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
6. AI-generated and estimated information
AI outputs, popularity scores, difficulty values, market-fit scores, and other modeled results are recommendations or estimates. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your app. Review all outputs before using them in App Store Connect, advertising, product decisions, or public claims.
Ruziev ASO Searcher does not guarantee a particular ranking, number of impressions, downloads, revenue, approval by Apple, or commercial result.
7. Third-party services and data
The application may rely on Apple, Supabase, OpenAI, Polar, GitHub, and other service providers. Their availability, data, and terms are outside the direct control of Ruziev ASO Searcher. Public App Store data may change without notice.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the application to:
- violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right;
- submit malware, harmful content, stolen credentials, or unlawfully obtained data;
- interfere with, overload, probe, or reverse engineer hosted services except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- automate access in a way that harms the service or violates a third-party platform’s terms;
- misrepresent estimates or AI recommendations as verified Apple data.
9. Ownership
The application, website, visual design, software, documentation, and branding are owned by the product publisher or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the product to you. Apple, Mac, macOS, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.; Ruziev ASO Searcher is not affiliated with Apple Inc.
10. Updates and availability
Updates may add, change, or remove features and may be required for continued access to online services. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the product is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, rankings, or business opportunities; or losses caused by third-party services, AI output, or decisions made from estimated data. Any mandatory liability that cannot be excluded remains unaffected.
13. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when these Terms are materially violated, a subscription is no longer active, a license is shared or misused, or continued access presents a security or legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
14. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the product changes. Material updates will be published with a new effective date. Continuing to use the product after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
